Show all tickets from a contact within the ticket window

It's a fairly common thing for a customer to raise multiple tickets. Sometimes they just spam every email address we have with a message to see who replies first. Sometimes they just send a new message rather than replying to the old one. 

 

We can merge tickets, which is great but at the moment you have to go searching to see if a customer has multiple tickets rather than it just being available. 

 

Quickest way we have found is to click 'Preview' on the contact record in the right sidebar and scroll down to the tickets area. Seems a very logical piece of information to display in the ticket itself but at the moment there is no way to do that. Having an 'other tickets from this contact' option on that right sidebar would be ace and save my agents 3-4 clicks per ticket (which adds up over a day/week/month/year)
