Show all ticket properties in conversations


At the moment, the preview of ticket properties while in conversations only shows 
- id

- creation date

- pipeline

- status

- dedicated staff

- priority

Now, you gotta click "show more" to see more properties, a new side pop up opens.

However, on the downside this overlaps all other information fields, and there is action required to be able looking at

- ticket category, name and description etc.

Hence, it should be possible to decide what kind of information you want to see already in the preview to avoid unnecessary clicking.
