Ticket feature has a Support Form. That Support Form should be displayed in the Knowledge Base, and it should be linked to from the side menu, from the header/footer or from the bottom of each article.
We need to receive log files larger than 1GB in our support form. It is awesome to have it; just to make it really powerful we need to adjust the file size limit.
Cool stuff. What would also be really helpful here is a smart support form. This would allow us have different forms for different service levels.
