Shopify Integration: Building a list of anyone who has purchased a specific product.

I would like to be able to create dynamic lists in HubSpot of anyone who has purchased a specific product in Shopify for the purpose of automating followups for fulfillment, onboarding, and/or upselling. This is currently not possible using the native integration between HubSpot and Shopify.

One can use the line item property "name," to identify anyone who has added the product to their shopping cart, but there's no line item property that indicates a purchase has been made. So, using "name" alone will include anyone who has abandoned cart or all of the other HubSpot deal stages that exist before making an actual purchase.

You can use the deal property "deal stage" to identify anyone who has completed a purchase, but there isn't a deal property to filter by which product is being purchased.

You also can't use line item "name" AND deal stage "shipped," because HubSpot isn't smart enough to know that you want to refer to the same deal. So that returns a list of anyone who added the product to their shopping cart OR anyone that bought something at any point.

This is a big gap in the functionality of the integration. It makes building automated followups in HubSpot based on a specific product being purchased impossible.
