Setting meeting organiser as a Team rather than a user for round robin meetings
When setting up a meeting to be assigned via round robin, you must select a User as the organiser, and you are unable to select a Team. If that user (who was selected as the organiser) leaves the business and their account is deactivated, the round robin link with break - as its tied to the organiser, regardless of whether or not they were a team member on the assignment of the round robin.
If using a Team instead, this would avoid the breaking of links and the requirement to replace these links all throughout the site and throughout chatbots.
An alternative to having the event owned by a user, or a team, is to have it unowned until it is booked. The corresponding url would therefore have a shorter and more representative slug e.g. hubspot.com/consultation rather than hubspot.com/salesteam/consultation or hubspot.com/salesperson/consultation
