Set the phone / "make a phone call" activity button as a hyperlink if HubSpot calling is not enabled
It would be amazing to set the phone / "make a phone call" activity button as a hyperlink to the contact or companie's phone number if HubSpot calling is not enabled.
We're not using HubSpot calling or an integration. Rather, our reps click the hyperlink open button next to the phone number and call through using a local app on their computer. When they click the hyperlink, chrome and safari ask if they want to call via their "default phone system" which does work great. But... this is only doable via the phone property. Not the "make a phone call" activity button.
Its a bit dissapointing to tell them the "make a phone call" activity button is NOT the way to do it. By not having a 3rd party calling extension or HubSpot calling enabled, the "make a phone call" button is effectively useless.
