Set the call direction automatically based on the call made

We need to have a default automation that sets the call direction to Outbound or Inbound based on the call being made or received.

 

I understand the HubSpot inbound calling is still not rolled out to all regions but this will still be helpful.

 

As a starting point if we can at least have it for outbound calls it will be awesome.

Also setting a standard for the call direction through settings is useful. If someone makes 99% outbound calls a predefined call direction in "Log Calls" can help to be more time efficient.
