Set default view for prospecting leads

I have edited the columns to make the leads page of prospecting relevant to our organisation. 

However, I am unable to save this view and share it to the rest of the organisation. 

Much like the ability to save views and assign them to particular groups in a contact screen, I would love the ability to do that here as well.

100% needed. Onboarding reps and teams into Sales Workspace's Leads UI is always troublesome due to inconsistent views. Currently, as a Super Admin I need to login to the users account first to pre-set their views. Whereas on other index pages I can simply deploy default/admin promoted views.

Adding my +1 to this request. To speed (and simplify) adoption of Sales Workspace I need the ability to manage default views and create shared views as well.
