Hi team, as of now, when we use playbook, the playbook will appear as a small pop up window on the left side of the screen.
This can be too restrictive for some customers, as such, propose that we allow them to customize how they wish the playbook to be reflected. (e.g. larger window)
Yes I want this functionality for my team. We do not like clicking the arrows to go full screen b/c then it blocks out all the information on the left side. We'd like to be able to open a playbook and have it open to the perfect size in the center the way we like it displayed. Right now we have to manually move it and drag the bottom corner every single call. When you're making 40 to 50 dials in a day this gets extremely tedious. Please make this possible!
I completely agree as well. It would be more efficient if the playbook could open to the preferred size automatically, especially given the repetitive nature of making numerous calls in a day.
Can we make this a reality please! We should be able to set the size of the playbook and postion so it pops up that way every time we click it along with the postion of the call box!!!
