Set contact owner based on who answers/makes the call
The idea is to set automatically the person who answers an incoming call as the contact owner or if someone makes an outbound call to someone and has a call that lasts x plus seconds to make that person the contact owner. Also to have seconds timeframe for activity property call duration in the Workflow tool.
