It would be awesome to set expiry to the feedback surveys we sent. It doesn't make sense to keep a survey that we sent months ago active. By that time, the experience may be different with different agents.
Melhoria muito útil. Não faz sentido o cliente avaliar um serviço ou negócio que faz meses que contratou ou fechou. Também não queremos cancelar a pesquisa para "frear" as respostas futuras, queremos manter a pesquisa ativa para gerar indicadores e poder analisa-la junto as demais. Por favor, implementem essa ideia o quanto antes.
Yes, please. It makes no sense to be able to automise surveys but then handle manually when they need to be taken down.
Also, this messes with the enrollment criteria, as if surveys need to be unpublished manually we are not giving the same amount of time reply to our customers. Plus all the data fromt surveys is messed up due to this
