In the Goals section of your account settings (Reports > Goals), there isn't an option to set a Unit Goal. Depending on your license, you can have Avg Ticket Resolution Time, Avg Ticket Response Time, Calls Made, Deals Created, Meetings Booked, Revenue, and Tickets Closed goals.
Not every business needs to track Revenue as a goal though. We are a SaaS company so we would much rather have a Unit Goal since we make our Revenue in the long run.
