Set How Often A Contact Can Be Reenrolled In a Workflow
I'd like to be able to select how often a contact is re-enrolled in a workflow.
For example, we have a workflow that assigns a task to a sales rep if their contact navigates to a website page that shows purchase intent. This task allows the sales rep to review the contact's activity and potentially reach out with timely, relevant info, while the contact is 'in-market'.
In some cases, the contact will look at the website page several times in one day, creating multiple tasks. This creates a lot of duplicate tasks.
If I could have a contact reenroll in a workflow once per day or once per week, that would be ideal to cut down on these duplicate tasks.
