The overview tab in the middle of each record is very customizable, so we should have an option to make this the default tab. As of right now, if we select the overview tab, it will revert back to the activities tab and we keep having to switch to the overview tab to get the customized view we are looking for. The cookies will save the last viewed tab on the middle column, but not for long (maybe 5-20 minutes). If we select the overview tab, it will revert back to the activities tab within 30 minutes or less. Considering this is right smack in the middle of every record and the overview tab is highly customizable, I would assume for this to be a pretty important feature to impliment.
Hello, team I was just on a phone call with John and we tried everything on our account and there are no past cases or anything we can do to customize where it defaults too, I think this is a great idea too.
