I would love to be able to add in the new association labels using a workflow - rather than needing to do this manually.
this would enable businesses who have contact A who makes a booking and Contacts B, C, D etc who attend a course or an event flagged as attendees. so a business knows which are valuable contacts.
It would also be helpful to be able to use a workflow to send different communications to clients based on their association tag.
I'm excited to announce that we've rolled out two new association based actions into a beta. In the first phase you will be able to remove or update existing labels (demo video) . Adding labels is coming next! Please look for the beta below in the product updates section of your HubSpot portal.
You can access the beta via your customer portal by clicking on the dropdown next to your profile picture and selecting Product Updates and once in there, find the In Beta section and select the Workflow Actions to Remove & Update:
@MWWesterterp Thank you, that is what I needed! For anyone not seeing this beta in product updates, adding the link extension will pull up the window to request enrollment.
This would be incredibly helpful for managing our data more efficiently and providing us with insights we previously couldn't access. It would significantly improve our data organization. Please include us in the beta testers, as I am eager to create workflows that allow us to update our contact-to-deal associations in bulk.
There's currently a beta open where you can remove and update association labels. We are planning to add in the ability to apply new labels within the next few weeks. You can request access directly in HubSpot by clicking on "product updates" and searching for the private beta referenced in the screenshot below. I will review it within a few days.
Hi all - because Hubspot have added associations to clients (contact with Primary company) we've been able to use the new function to bulk update associations by using the add association automation. This has really helped and we've been able to update lots of our records in one go already
