We use service tickets which has an amount field - in our case withdrawals - but the ticket object doesn't have the ability to calculate amounts in company currency the way the deal tickets does.
That means when I create a report to track withdrawals I have to split it into the original currency. we regularly deal with 5-6 different currencies or more so it become difficult to read the final figure.
It would be extremely helpful to add this feature to the Service Tickets as I'm sure many type of service requests will include amounts and to be able to convert back into a single currency is helpful for reporting and management information purposes.
