Sequences with multiple threading options

I'd like to see a feature where a sequence can have some emails threaded and others not.

For example, thread the first 4 with a single subject line and then allow the 5 to sent unthreaded with a different subject line.

Hi Community, 

I'm updating this idea to "In Beta"! As of today, Selective Email Threading for Sequences is in Public Beta and available for you to opt in. With this update, sequence email threading is no longer all or nothing.

You'll see the ability to choose whether each email sends as a reply to a previous email in the sequence or starts a new thread in the recipient's inbox:

To modify an existing step's threading behavior, select Actions > Edit threading:

Yes this is much needed!

Yes, this is industry standard with tools like Outreach.io and SalesLoft. Pretty surprising it's not a part of Hubspot's solution.

Manual workarounds (e.g., creating an email task to respond to the thread) are not captured in the Sequence analytics, so you can not see your open rate, etc. for that email.

This is a need for any SDR/BDR using only hubspot for their outreach campaigns.

I've only used salesloft in my previous roles and am new to Hubspot, but an SDR/BDR spends a lot of their time crafting personalized messaging for their outreach and frequently the first email is the most personalized. I've always attached a second "Thoughts" email to my first email as a second step, so it is still a personalized step, but the following emails don't need to be connected to the original email as it will look cluttered.

This is a major miss / bummer that this is not possible. Seems to be an easy fix and tons of people asking for it / most competitors offer this.
