It would be great to be able to test a sequence immediately (see the emails and task notifications) instead of having to wait for it process through the timing.
Hubspot! How is this update coming along? We need to see how these sequence emails look before we send them. Especially to be able to see how the formatting renders and how the message looks on mobile. Let's go!
Strongly agree on this! We are a new HubSpot customer and testing our first sequence. Completely take by surprise previewing a sequence is not an option.
Hubspot is well behind the curve when it comes to sequences. So many basic features are missing.
Can't speed test a sequence. Can't preview what sequences will look like. Can't differentiate between prospects based on clicks/open rates. Can't split test sequences. Can't personalise sequences easily.
Outreach/Salesloft seem like significantly better alternatives if you rely on sequences for your sales process.
I'm surprised Hubspot doesn't have the ability to test sequences just like there is the ability to test workflows. Hopefully enough people want this that it can get on the docket for consideration.
Replied by the product team a year ago it is on their radar and still nothing is happening. This is not a 'nice to have' feature this is a must feature if you want to have people using sequences. Nobody is going to risk their reputation by sending untested sequences. So you promote 'sequences' feature in the packages but it actually is unusable. And on top of that I wonder how hard it is to add one button and a field for an email 😄
This should absolutely be a feature - it's standard QA given the hype at Inbound on being the future of CRM I'm hoping that feature is added as marketing ops and outbound teams should be able to preview the multiple emails and messages being sent BEFORE deploy 😕
Any updates on this? Seems like you've already got the hard work done, having this for marketing emails and workflows. It's really needed in sequences, since it's quite common to spot mistakes when testing.
