At my organization, our business development team will run leads and contacts through various email sequences prior to either moving the lead to our Sales Reps or dispositioning the lead back to marketing for general nurturing.
Today, there is not an easy way to see the previous sequence history that specific contacts have been enrolled in. The only history we can look at is whether or not a contact is currently in a sequence, the last sequence end date, the last sequence enrolled, the last sequence enrolled date, and the number of sequences enrolled; but there is not a way to see which specific sequences a contact has previously been enrolled in.
This reporting functionality would make it easier to manage outreach activities to contacts.
