Separating Contacts Inaccurately Overwritten by Cache Matching on Form Submissions
When cache matching on form submit overwrites the incorrect contact it is quite a mess to undo the changes to the records. It can be quite detrimental to our sales process too. Any or all of the following would be hugely helpful in resolving when this does occur:
Notification = Any way to identify and send a notification on cache matched form submissions would be very helpful
Migrate activity = it hurts our activity scoring and misleads our sales team when activity someone else did still remains on a contact record. Any way to move/reattribute/copy that activity to a different contact AND remove/hide/hold from sync on the inaccurate contact is so necessary.
We also lose all the potential source data when these forms cause inaccurate contact merges. I have tried looking into alternative solutions but I have not been able to find one that would create an efficient workflow. We integrate with several platforms outside of hubspot so it is having wide reaching detrimental effects.
Additionally turning off autopopulation will significantly reduce our form submits so we do not really consider this a solution.
