Separate custom code 'Manage Secrets' into standalone page in admin

Currently the only way to manage custom code secrets is to open a workflow, then drill down into a custom code step and click 'Manage secrets'.

Can the manage secrets screen be seperated out into its own section of the admin?

It's frustrating to have to go hunting for a workflow with a custom code step in it, in order to update our secrets.
