Separate blog tags so that only relevant tags are available in blog post editor

At present, when creating a blog post in the editor all created tags are shown as available. It would be great to have an option to categorise the blog tags in a way so that, while creating a blog post, only the tags relevant to one blog would appear to prevent use of the same tag across blogs. This would ideally be a multiple-choice field in addition to the language option which would allow the choice to tick all blogs the tag should be available for.
