Sending an email to a ticket opens a new duplicate conversation in conversations tool

Currently when an email is sent out via the ticket record, it opens a new conversation thread in the conversations inbox for that ticket. However, this can lead to a ticket having multiple emails in the conversation inbox. 

 

It'd be great if there was a setting where if emails were sent out via the ticket record, this would attach this conversation to already existing conversations in the conversations inbox instead of creating additional duplicate conversations.
