It would be great to be able to send an email to a company, without the need to create a contact (it creates automatically), for example, if I need to send an email to a generic company email: info@company.com, I would like to see it sent in the company, not in an automatically created contact, without name, it's really annoying and confusing.
Yes, it would be great to have this feature where we can send emails to companies based on the Email field on the company record.
The use case here is for example when a company has a new contact sign up, an email will be sent to the company to notify them instead of the contact using the send email action on workflow, which is at the moment only limited to sending emails to contacts.
