At the moment, feedback surveys can only be created and sent via the feedback survey tool. This offers limited functionality and means that it's essentially a manual process unless you use the ticket pipeline in a textbook way.
It would be great if we could build a survey and then send it through a workflow based on a specific date and criteria. Some ticket pipeline processes require steps after the close date that limit the functionality of sending the survey x days from close date.
For example, if the ticket closes at stage five but you only want the survey to be sent when x days after it moves to stage 6, this is currently not possible.
