Send a WhatsApp template directly from CRM

Currently, it is only possible to send a Whatsapp template via automation. Marketing benefits from this.

 

Sending a template to a single contact from CRM is an essential feature for sales.

Yes, it will be very useful if we can send out the message directly to individual contact

Absolutely crucial. At the moment is only possible to send a template via workflows or from the contact's inbox. Unfortunately, though, that only works if a whatsapp conversation is already in progress. 

A sales rep must be able to send a one-2-one whatsapp template in order to nurture their contacts, without having to rely on workflows (which they could not even be able to access, for security reasons)
