We are looking to have surveys sent automatically at the conclusion of a meeting with a client. You can manually change a meeting from "scheduled" to "complete" within hubspot to trigger workflows and surveys, but there is currently no way to automate this process.
Meetings should automatically be changed to "completed" at the expiration of the meeting so that these items could be automated.
We are a boat retailer in upstate NY, and we use the meetings tool for customers to schedule the pickup of their boats in the Spring. We want to send satisfaction surveys automatically, but with the current setup, we would have to manually change every meeting from scheduled to completed.
