It would be wonderful if we could send marketing SMS to customers with Puerto Rican phone numbers. My company is located in New York, but we do have some customers who must have moved here and continue to use their old phone number.
Puerto Rico is a key population that shoudln't be treated any differently than US states. I suspect many HubSpot customers are buying the add-on without realizing this population is excluded, as it is not explicity mentioned as an exclusion. Please prioritize.
HubSpot should enable SMS messaging for Puerto Rico, as it is a U.S. territory using the +1 country code and should be treated the same as states when rolling out features.
Many customers doing business in the U.S. have clients in Puerto Rico, and excluding them from SMS functionality creates unnecessary segregation—this oversight should be corrected to ensure fair access for all U.S. residents and businesses.
