Self-serve payment cancellation option for customers

Currently, for payment forms, the only option to cancel a user's recurring charge is for the customer to reach out, and a super admin must cancel their charge — this is a relatively complicated process, and customers should be able to cancel their subscription themselves, in real-time. 

 

Implementing a self-serve payment cancellation feature for customers would streamline work on the admin side and prevent issues with delays in cancellation. This would also increase customer trust.

This is something that is definitely needed.  We run a membership / subsciption plan via our Hubspot Payments, and don't like having to email us, not to mention that it then takes time for an admin to take care of the cancelleation and respond the the client, when this could all be handled directly by the client.
