I have about 80 active users and about 30 deactivated users. I haven't deleted those users, because there is data associated with them and I need it to stay as it is.
Now, I want to take some actions on my ACTIVE users only.
There is no way to filter to see just my active users.
I can filter on my "deactivated" users.
I can filter on my "pending" users.
I can filter on my "uninvited" users.
So, I can filter my users to see all the non-working types, but not the active ones. I can understand why someone would want to filter on the non-working uses, but why not have ONE MORE OPTION so I could see just my active users?
We put into beta yesterday a new User table (Settings > Users & Teams) and in addition to adding advanced filtering and new user data like connected account information, we've added a quick filter to let you see your active users - just filter "Invite Status" for "Invite Accepted". If you need to get more specific, you can do so using the advanced filtering.
You can join this beta by going to Product Updates and clicking "Join Beta" for "[Public Beta] Updated User Table with Additional Data and Filtering".
In the on-going saga and sort of bizarre action, I just discovered that it is possible to see only the Active users. Under "Users & Teams" the first tab is "Users" and the second is "Seats". If you switch to the Seats tabs, you CAN select Active users (as well as Pending, Uninvited, and Deactivated).
Why on EARTH, they took the time to add the option to the Seats tab and NOT add it to the Users tabs is completely beyond me.
Also, there isn't an Export option from the Seats tab, so all you can do is look at them.
