Add the ability to select specific properties to show to specific users or specific teams when creating Contacts/Companies/Deals/Tickets.

This is a much desired feature from a wide range of our customers.
It doesn't make sense to be able to control shown properties for users and teams on objects single views, but not on objects creation.
I cross my fingers you will implement this feature soon.
