I have reps that are sending emails and scheduling meetings for customers and want to mark Email/Meeting types. Like "Escalation," or "Account Review" etc. These are helpful for our reporting to know which customers have had these email/meeting types in reporting. But there is no way to select a type within the chrome extension. This means the reps have to send the email or meeting, then go to the HubSpot record and find that task, and then mark it as whatever type they needed. Very inefficient. It's stopping my Customer Service Managers from fully adoption Hubspot. Thanks!
