Segment Viewing per Ads Accounts

We would love if it was possible to segment which Ads account a User can Read within Ads. For example, we have a client that wants to connect multiple Ads accounts to one Hubspot account. They only want the User than can post to that specific Ad account to be able to see that specific Ad account, and not any of the other Ads accounts for other users/corporate. However, currently we can only give a User access to viewing ALL Ads or NONE, and that is making it difficult to please this client.

Since Users can only post to Ads account they have access to post to externally from Hubspot, why can't we have that same level of permission on viewing each Ads account within Hubspot as well?

Hi,

Thank you for submitting this idea! This functionality is currently available at the Marketing Hub Enterprise level. You are able to assign an Ad Account to a user or a team. Once an ad account has been assigned, it will only be able to be viewed by those user(s) or team(s) and Super Admins. Users can only edit and publish ads in HubSpot if they have connected their instance of the Ad Account. You can manage access by navigating to Settings > Marketing > Ads then clicking the checkbox next to the ad account that you want to assign to a user or team and click Manage Access.

I hope this helps!

Thanks,

Katie
