Segment/Target Chatflows by User Type

It would be great if Chatflows and Bots could be targeted based on User Type, in addition to the visitor simply being known or unknown.

 

Having this ability would allow our team to tailor our Chatflows to best serve our various groups of users, as they contact our support team for very different reasons. This would help us provide a much better customer experience since we wouldn't have to ask them to tell us what type of customer they are. This is information we already have available in Hubspot and it would be super helpful to utilize it to improve our chat experience.
