It would be incredibly helpful for teams to see what other sales people are looking at the same live chat, or contact, or unassigned deal.
It eliminates overlap and two sales people messaging a live chat back at the same time.
It will also improve the experience for the customer as there won't be those awkward conversations where they have to explain they just got an email or call etc.
