Secondary owner that can be used for conversation inbox routing
Hi,
I can see that I can create a custom property that is the type of Hubspot user, but I would really like to be able to use that field when using the automatic assignment of messages on the converstaion inbox.
Reading other posts on here I think a number of use have a similar setup, whereas we have a primary 'field' sales rep who is the account/contact owner and then we have internal team who are office bound who really should be the first contact on incoming messages.
