Secondary Phone Number

I would like to be able to have a secondary contact number for clients, either a cell phone option or direct number as a backup to an office number with ext option.

Hi @ddastrup! We offer a default contact property of Mobile phone number, but you can also add custom properties to your CRM as well https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/contacts/hubspots-default-contact-properties.
