Search contacts, companies and deals by custom properties
We need the ability to search (not filter) based on custom properties.
Use case: I am speaking with someone on LinkedIn and need to find them within the CRM. Her name and email do not give the correct results.
If I could search her by LinkedIn URL (custom property) I would always get the correct results because people have many email addresses but only one LinkedIn URL.

This is ridiculous. The functionality is an obvious one, to limit this to enterprise as a commercial decision is frankly a **bleep** joke. does not make HubSpot scalable.
Hubspot should seriously think about this sort of decision-making process when it comes to deciding what functionalities are available.
I've paid for the sales and marketing hup.. why would I need to pay for enterprise just to filter deals by company properties as well ... this is surely a requirement for most businesses regardless of size, and anyway clearly the functionality exists!
