When you search for tickets in hubspot, if you a searching by a number, it will not locate anything if it isn't the entire number. For example, if part of the title of the ticket is 1234567 and I search for "123", it will not locate that ticket. Very frustrating! The tickets do not work this way when searching for words/letters. If there is "Janet" in a ticket title and I search "jan", it finds it. Please apply this logic across all searches!
Searching by Ticket ID is not very intuitive at all! One would expect that entering the first few numbers of a ticket would populate a list that all start with that number... When a user doesn't see any tickets, they automatically assume something is wrong or they have the wrong ticket # which sends them on a wild goose chase. Please improve this 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
