It would be great to be able to search on Postal Code and City in the CRM.
Reasons:
It would be very helpful for the telemarketing team of the company who requested this as they most of the time search on postal code when someone calls them as that is a good, unique property to search on.
The goal is to be able to find the right contact as quick as possible when a (potential) customer calls.
It will add value as the (potential) customer does not have to wait long and is helped as quickly as possible AND the telemarketing would be able to work more efficiently.
An example of a software which has this feature: Salesforce.
In our opinion the searchable properties are too limited in the Pro subscription.
Again, it would be very helpful when it would be expanded.
