Seaching within File Manager

With respect to searching in the File Manager, at this time we are not able to search within a given folder, only within all files.  

It would be great to be able to search within a folder for certain documents.

This seems like such a basic function that should have been developed when File Manager was created. I don't understand why it hasn't been implemented.
