We would like to see a feature which will let us control the reply shedule from inbox/conversetion like we do in marketing email. Our Support team work to reply emails 24H and we don't want our contacts to receive the replies in midnight. So even we reply at midnight, we want to deliver the email at 8AM.
This feature is very critical for us and hope you'll implement it asap.
