I think it would be great to be able to schedule a recurring meeting with a contact. At the moment you can schedule meetings & integrate this with your calendar but you can't schedule it to happen every week, month etc, so you need to continue adding in every meeting each time.
Kicking this back up! This has been brought up numerous times and no progress in helping the users. I know it's something that likely most people would need! Hopefully someone on the Product team is hearing the community...... 🤔
Yes I agree, and when you log the meeting and select reocuuring if there was an option, you could select a meeting type and it would follow the reocurring meeting, unless it needed to be changed on a particular meeting.
Is there any update on this idea/request? Adding a recurring meeting option would create great efficiency for many of us it would seem. Please consider what would be significant gamechanger!
Last week, I had a meeting with a representative from HS to discuss the results of a survey I participated in. I highlighted that syncing recurring meetings is still a challenge. I shared my thoughts that enhancing integrations would greatly encourage more people to use the system, as it would help reduce duplicative work and improve efficiency. I am hopeful that with continued feedback will bring some much needed changes.
This is a HUGE limiting issue to our Account Management business. It is the number one pain point and it is one I would say will be why we find another CMS if not rectrified. Loss of business very possible here. Churn will keep working essepechially when Saleforce, etc support this feature.
Hi, I see that when schedulling tasks you can set the frequency to reoccurring - so I fail to see why the functionality cannot be developed to replicate this for Meetings - would be a huge benefit to pretty much all of HubSpot's customer base and would bring them into line with other CRMs that offer this very basic functionality that CS teams desperatly need - which is why adoption is low for us.
The courses object becomes less useful without the ability to either create recurring meetings, or use a workflow to add users to a meeting after another meeting si completed as part of a course you teach.
I'm presently trying to resolve this for a 7-session class we teach our clients. We're trying to use the courses object, but without default associations with courses for template emails, and without the ability to schedule recurring meetings, or automatically invite users to the next meeting after the last is complete programatically, the course object just becomes something that we move a pipeline stage forward it but brings no other value.
This NEEDS to happen! Extremely inefficient to not have recurring meetings appear in your activity log. We use meeting occurrences to document upcoming agenda notes and meeting minutes. Not helpful to have to log the meeting each time.
This is such an important function in my daily work with clients with whom I have repeat appointments. A customer of mine also asked about it just yesterday.
Above all, the fact that I can't even define a connection to HubSpot for a recurring appointment in Outlook doesn't make much sense to me. So I have to document the appointment again in HubSpot. That's double the work.
Executives generate recurring meetings with customers, this serves for their scheduling as well as for their customer management. It is very important that the customer management tool allows either to create recurring meetings or to identify those coming from teams as recurring, allowing to mark them as completed. Please help us with this feature
commenting to amplify. my team is desperate for the functionailty to, at least, track meeting series scheduled in outlook in hubspot, but ideally schedule series from hubspot too.
