I think it would be great to be able to schedule a recurring meeting with a contact. At the moment you can schedule meetings & integrate this with your calendar but you can't schedule it to happen every week, month etc, so you need to continue adding in every meeting each time.
This feature is incredibly needed!! Or at least a marketplace app. Has anyone found a good workaround to this yet to book recurring meetings? Workflow, custom API, marketplace app, etc?
I have one but it is kind of a pain. I create the task list and dates in Excel. Then I use a product called Import2 to import the tasks into HubSpot. It does work and if the spreadsheet is created correctly, it will assign tasks to the appropriate users and add them to the task lists. Find Import2 info at https://www.import2.com/.
This feature is needed even more now than it was when I created this orig post.
My CS team would really benefit from this feature. It is quite painful for them to have to go in and schedule individual meetings because HubSpot can't pick up reoccurring meetings. Would love to see this feature planned soon!
Great idea-- could be very useful for onboarding and monthly/quarrerly reviews. That way type will be set for all 5 of those meetings. So reps won't have to go in and manually adjust that 5 different times.
The current process is very clunky. I've discovered that I can create a meeting in HubSpot initially, add my attendees, and then go into OutLook and make that meeting reoccurring and it sends any text/title updates back to HubSpot but doesn't show it as recocurring anywhere. Moreso, if I change one instance ( not the reoccurring meeting but just one instance of that meeting on a specfic date) that it flows to the attendees which is great, but once again, there's nothing in HubSpot that shows this unique instance ... so what is supposed to be a oneview of a customer is now partially lost because any individual meeting occurrances are not showing in HubSpot for the rest of the company and will cause confusion. This needs priority to be added to HubSpot.
This is absolutely essential for any service based business. As a coach and consultant I set up regular meetings with clients and have had to try and find workarounds. Calendly still doesn't have this feature, would be a huge win for Hubspot to get this set up!
