Schedule meeting from within Ticket on iOS and Android Apps
Hello! I'd love to be able to schedule a meeting from within a ticket on the iPhone app. As a service-based business, this is something my team and I do all the time on the HubSpot website. We need to ensure meetings are automatically logged/associated to customer tickets and this can easily be done on the website in just a couple clicks. However, I'm usually away from the office and use my HubSpot app frequently. Instead, I have to do the following:
Open the HubSpot iOS app
Find and open the ticket
Tap About then copy the ticket ID
Tap Associations, then tap the associated Contact
Tap More (3 dots) then tap Create Meeting
Complete that form as I usually would, then tap (+) symbol, tap Tickets, paste the Ticket ID I copied to the clipboard in Step 3 above, tap Done, tap Apply, then tap Save.
That's a lot of extra steps. I've already contact HubSpot support and they've confirmed this is not currently possible in their mobile apps. HubSpot - Can you add this process to the HubSpot iOS (and Android) app please?
