Schedule chatflow availability per user

Hey all! We're running into a pretty massive issue with our team members whereby they just don't remember to mark themselves as available/away each day. We've set up shifts for when certain people should be available, but it's up to them to remember to go manually do that every day. And with meetings and other obligations, that's just not at the forefront of their minds.


Is it possible to create a feature to allow a manager to create shifts for teams of users that will automatically set them as available during those times? There would also have to be a feature that also allows a user to set away time, like for PTO, etc. in case they're not at work and truly unavailable.
