Saving Recorded Google Meet videos via Google Calendar attachments to CRM
We are currently recording our sales meetings within Google Meet and once that meeting is done, the recording gets saved back onto Google Calendar as an attachment after the meeting.
It would be very convenient if then that attachment (which is the meeting video) link of the recording of the video (that gets saved back to the calender and in Gdrive anyways) would also be automatically saved to the appropriate contact via syncing the attachments from Gcalendar.
Right now it is a manual process and when you are back to back with meetings this creates an extra task of having to go back and save them to the CRM. This will help tremendously with efficiency and referring back to the meeting video for details when trying to close a sale.
Yes, it isn't just calls need recording and linked to clients but also meetings, especially for a regulated business like ours. It would be great if Hubspot covered both bases
My team currently use GONG for our sales intelligence . This functionality would be a great addition for HubSpot if you can also use transcripts, tracked terms and the data to go along with it
I'm on board with this proposal! What's more, I'd like to mention that when you schedule a meeting via Google Meet from HubSpot and then record the meeting, the recording doesn't automatically attach itself, not even to the Google Calendar event. You have to do it manually, which adds some extra work. It would be fantastic to get rid of that! Thanks!
