Save/Set a default Deals Cards View

You can Pin views in the list view of deals, and there are views you can save in the cards view of deals, but thre is no way to choose a default. 

I have reps who would like to default to only seeing their own deals. There are views for this, but no way to make it a default. Having the option to add as a default would be great.

Each user should be able to specify a default view which is displayed wgeb they open the deals page in board view.

There is a views management menu where the selection should appear.

The current default view should be highlighted in the list of views.
