We use Playbooks mainly for our SDR's making many calls a day and often to companies where no contact is known/entered in Hubspot or it is an old contact listed.
We'd love to have a create a contact capability within Playbooks so while on the call and working through the playbook the SDR can enter in name, email, phone, etc of any contact they speak with or are informed is a decision maker. This will save time then after the logged call/playbook to go back and add in a new contact.
