We often get no-shows to our meeting due to time zone confusion.
Users do not see/notice the default time zone selected, and book thinking that the schedule presented matches their actual time.
A few suggestions to help in that sense:
-Having to complete the time zone as step 1 before accessing the calendar;
-Having a pop-up mentionning "your default time zone has been set to "X time", if this is inaccurate please modify your selection"
....
Any other improvement to help in that sense would be useful! 🙂
